REMA: Newsletter December 2021
Dear REMA friends,
With December, we reach the end of 2021, which was maybe not as trying as 2020, but that still brought many of us challenges to overcome. As you look back at yet another year of covid-impacted tours, concerts, and projects, we hope you will see, like we do, that there are some positive conclusions to be drawn from it. This year has reminded us of how much we value the opportunity of enjoying live music, freedom of movement and meeting in person. This year has also shown that we have the strength and resources to build solutions to keep our favourite projects and activities going, and maybe imagine new ones for the future.
As some countries are starting to limit travels and cultural or private gatherings again, our resilience is tested once more. We must hope that it will be possible for artists, individuals and organisations to keep us connected to each other through Early Music, as we like to be at this time of year.
We wish you a happy end of 2021,
Adèle & Agathe
