Dear REMA friends,
The sweet Christmas period is approaching: time for celebration, winter events and festivals. So many things happened in 2018 for REMA: its 18th birthday in Versailles, its first conference in Malta, its team that got bigger... We know that 2019 is going to be as extraordinary: full of projects, festivals and music! We are looking forward to seeing what the future will bring us.

We were pleased to welcome so many of our members in Versailles last October and to celebrate REMA's 18th birthday! The photos of the event are now available on our website. Now the REMA team is in full swing for the preparations of the REMA Early Music Awards 2018 ceremony that will take place in London on 30 November.

EMCY Newsletter - October 2018
Dear EMCY readers,
The EMCY network is moving on and stays ever young. 28 youth music competitions and partners from 18 countries attended the INTER-NATIONAL net_works+ Conference and 31st EMCY General Assembly in Luxembourg from 29th June to 1st July 2018. This event was an initiative under the patronage of Mr Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission. It is great to see that new managers join the competitions, our network can profit from our experience but also from new ideas and views.
IMZ: This was the IMZ academy “going live"
This IMZ Academy examined the phenomenon of "live" from strategic, editorial, artistic, practical and technological perspectives and took place from 20-21 September in the course of the International Television Festival Golden Prague.
Estonian Music council: Music Awards held at Tallinn Airport on International Music Day
The Music Endowment of the Cultural Endowment of Estonia and the Estonian Music Council marked International Music Day on 1 October with the 11th Music Awards gala held at Tallinn Airport.
