ASCAP announces collections reaching an ‘historic high’ of $1.335 billion

In a global context still dominated by the Covid pandemic, the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) has reported record-setting financial results for 2021, with total collections reaching "a historic high" of $1.335 billion, against revenues of more than $1.327bn in 2020 (a 0.6% increase year-on-year).
