IMC at Fair Music Award 2008

IMC Executive Officer Silja Fischer co-presented the Fair Music Award 2008 during a ceremony held at the Esterhazy castle in Eisenstadt, Austria, on September 3.

fair music is an initiative launched by music austria and stands for more fairness in the music business. The fair music Award 2008 went to the Austrian new music label col legno, repesented at the ceremony by executive director Stefanie Schurich and artistic director Andreas Schett. Fair Music Certificates were presented to Klangforum Wien, JazzWerkStatt Wien and the London-based lable Honest Jon’s Records, who had been selected among the over 100 nominees.
