Qui a initié le PAMM

Ce programme d'action a été adopté lors de l'Assemblée générale du Conseil International de la Musique (CIM).

Les personnes suivantes sont engagées par le Conseil exécutif du CIM pour le Comité d'administration du PAMM:

  • Einar Solbu, la Norvège, président
  • Frans de Ruiter, les Pays-Bas
Les responsables des trois domaines:
  • Ramon P. Santos, les Philippines (la production musicale)
  • John Drummond, la Nouvelle Zélande (l'éducation musicale)
  • Richard Letts, l'Australie (les politiques internationales)

 

Mr. Einar Solbu
- chair of the Programme Steering Committee


Einar Solbu is the Chief Executive Officer of Rikskonsertene - Norwegian Concert Institute.
He has a degree in Church Music, and worked for a number of years in the State Academy of Music in Oslo. Einar has lectured all over the world, and has published books and articles on music education and communication. He has been involved in a number of international organisations in music and music education, e.g. in International Society for Music Education (ISME) where he served as President 1998-2000. He presently serves on the Executive Committee of the IMC.

 

Mr. Frans de Ruiter

Mr. Ramon P. Santos
- chair of the Programme Area for Music Production


Ph.D. Composer, Musicologist, Music Educator Vice President, International Music Council, University Professor, University of the Philippines, Commissioner for the Arts, National Commission for Culture and the Arts, Philippines.

 

Mr. John Drummond
- chair of the Programme Area for Music Education


Mr. John Drummond - chair of the Programme Area for Music Education John Drummond is Blair Professor of Music and Dean of Languages, Literature and Performing Arts at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. He is a composer and musicologist and has been involved in the International Society for Music Education for many years: he was President from 2000 to 2002.

 

Mr. Richard Letts
- chair of the Programme Area for International Policy


Executive Director of the Music Council of Australia. Member of the Steering Committee of the International Network for Cultural Diversity, chair of its Committee for the Convention (i.e. international agreement), Trade and Culture, member of steering committee to establish a regional network for Asia and Oceania; member of Australian Coalition for Cultural Diversity, principal author of its policy submissions to governments.
